Dynamic Warm Up Routine for Runners

I do this routine before All of my runs and I wanted to share it. A dynamic warm up involves movement and none of the stretches are held, they are controlled movements that loosen muscles and increase range of motion of the muscles ~ for example, twisting from side to side, or lunging one way then the other (without stopping at the max. lunge point). I hope that this helps you with your running.

Please Note: Following this I do 10-15mins slow running warm up before any faster running. Also, please note disclaimer at bottom of page.

This should only take you about 5 minutes before your run.

Do it, you will feel the difference (You can download and print - and even laminate if you want to!).
